Cura-Heat Period Pain is a specially designed heat pack for the lower abdomen or lower back to help provide 12-hour warming relief from the aches, discomfort, and cramps associated with period pain. It helps to deliver heat therapy in an easy to use format, and works by increasing blood flow to the source of pain to decrease stiffness and relax sore muscles.

How it works
Cura-Heat Period Pain contains the ingredients such as iron, activated carbon and water, which oxidise and produce heat when it comes into contact with the oxygen in the air, to provide constant, comforting heat.
How to apply Cura-Heat Period Pain Patches:
- Open the sachet by hand (do not cut) and remove the Cura-Heat heat pack
- Peel away the paper strip
- Adhere to clothing/underwear over the painful area
- Cura-Heat warms up gradually and reaches maximum heat within approximately 30 minutes
- Cura-Heat is air-activated - do not open the sachet until you are ready to use it
Caution before using Cura-Heat Period Pain Patches:
- For external use only
- Each heat pack is single use
- Do not use Cura-Heat over an area with the presence of redness, inflammation, over broken/ bruised or irritated skin
- Do not use Cura-Heat whilst sleeping
- Do not use Cura-Heat in conjunction with other creams, rubs or lotions applied to the skin or with/ near to other heat sources
- lf you have rheumatoid arthritis; poor circulation; nerve damage; sensory impairment; a skin condition or are diabetic contact your doctor to make sure that heat therapy is appropriate for you
- Do not use heat pack with other wrap or supporter
- Use only the enclosed heat packs with the wrap
- You should carefully read all product packaging and labels prior to use
