Rip-off, Don't bother

Unfortunately I hadn't done my research before buying this product but now I have so you don't have to! If you've been reading of the health benefits of turmeric then it's not exactly this you want. This product is essentially kitchen grade turmeric that you have in your cupboard at home except you are paying a premium for it. What you actually want is the root extract or curcumin which is where the health benefits lie. This product won't harm you but you would have to take it in extremely high doses before seeing any benefits. There are lots of articles on the Internet about this so don't get ripped off like I did! Make sure the product you buy contains 95 curcumin and if curcumin is not mentioned on the label then you're just buying a kitchen spice.
