Great value, great dosage.
Totally fed up with the yearly ritual colds and flu that I suffer in the new year I decided to give these a try after reading the reviews. I started taking them 6 months ago and so far have escaped any nasty colds and flu. In fact other close members of my family have been poorly, but me, nothing, not even a sniffle, which is unheard of as Im usually the first to catch anything gong. I highly recommend these garlic capsules.
