Bioglan Vitamin C and Zinc Effervescent Tablets are a convenient way to support the normal function of your immune system. These effervescent tablets contain 1,000mg of Vitamin C and 10mg of Zinc, two of the most important nutrients to boost the immune system. Vitamin C also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and acts as a powerful antioxidant, protecting cells from damage caused by oxidation. Zinc also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Take half to one tablet per day. Dissolve it in a glass of cold water (200ml) to make a pleasant orange flavour drink.
